1. Cancellation by Customer
- 100% refund if canceled 48 hours before booking
- 50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours before booking
- No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the trip
2. Cancellation by Company
In case of:
- Bad weather
- Technical issues
- Safety concerns
The trip will be either:
- Rescheduled, or
- Fully refunded
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
